The real estate broker certified training aims to develop your knowledge of Abu Dhabi's market, enhance the concepts of real estate trading, and develop your skills within the area of real estate brokerage. The course covers several topics and insights into the laws and regulations of the real estate market in Abu Dhabi, real estate marketing, real estate sales, real estate leasing, and more.
The real estate broker certified training aims to develop your knowledge of Abu Dhabi's market, enhance the concepts of real estate trading, and develop your skills within the area of real estate brokerage. The course covers several topics and insights into the laws and regulations of the real estate market in Abu Dhabi, real estate marketing, real estate sales, real estate leasing, and more.
Upon completing the course, you will receive a ThinkProp certificate. Through the certificate, you will be able to obtain a real estate broker license in Abu Dhabi through the DARI app or via TAMM.
The real estate brokers certified course covers the following topics:

The Exam is taken directly after the training
Certificate is sent to you electronically
After receiving the THINKPROP certificate, login to your DARI account and update your profile. After approval, click on "Professions Licensing" then on "Register a Broker" to start the service and issue your government-approved Broker License.
Trainees must be working in a registered real estate company to receive the official license issued by DARI or TAMM

This module discusses how to calculate profits as a real estate broker and what rules govern the profit calculation process.
In this module, participants will learn about the corporate structure of real estate companies and the rules, regulations, and processes that govern their work.
This module concludes the course by touching upon a variety of important topics, including real estate ownership, real estate valuation, leasing processes, code of ethics, and the real estate laws in Abu Dhabi.
The trainer knows a lot and is nice, but sometimes talks slow and in a boring way which can make it hard to focus. But you can take short breaks to help your concentration. Overall, the trainer is still really good at their job.
